Frasers Hospitality Pte Ltd Opens Second Property in the Middle East
25 Oct 2010 - Dubai, UAE

Singapore, 25 October, 2010:- Frasers Hospitality Pte Ltd today turned the spotlight on the opening of its second property in the Middle East, Fraser Suites Dubai under the patronage of H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, member of Abu Dhabi Executive Council and H.E. Sheikh Mohamed Bin Saif Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of Abu Dhabi International Marine Sports Club.

Officiated by Singapore's Minister of State for Trade and Industry, Mr. Lee Yi Shyan, the grand opening was also attended by Dubai's business elite and the Chairman of Ali & Sons, His Excellency Ali Bin Khalfan Al Mutawa Al Dhahry, the developer and owner of Sidra Tower which houses Fraser Suites Dubai. Based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Ali & Sons is a diversified company with substantial interests in the automotive, oil and gas, property management, contracting, information technology and merchant banking industry sectors.

Occupying the top 23 levels of the 45-storey Sidra Tower located in the city's prestigious Sheikh Zayed Road, the property's 158 suites and penthouses command sweeping views across the city, including iconic landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, the amazing Palm Jumeirah and kilometers of golden beaches lining the Persian Gulf.

Earlier in March 2010, Frasers Hospitality made its debut in the Middle East with the opening of the 91-unit Fraser Suites Seef, Bahrain in the kingdom of Bahrain. The opening of Fraser Suites Dubai will be followed in quick succession with the launch of Fraser Suites Doha and another three properties in this region over the next two years.

Fraser Suites Doha, which opens early next year, will be the third Middle East location for Frasers Hospitality and advanced negotiations are already underway for properties in Riyadh, Al Khobar and Jeddah.

Fraser Suites Dubai features light filled open plan living spaces and provides full kitchen and laundry facilities, large balconies, work desks, luxurious bedding, marble bathrooms with exclusive Peter Thomas Roth amenities and daily housekeeping services.
