Covid safe and warmest hospitality

Having just finished a 2-week stay at Fraser Suites Bahrain (Diplomatic Area) and enjoying one of our most hospitable experiences there, we definitely wanted to sample the Fraser Suites Riyadh as well. And boy, were we indulged!

In spite of being in the midst of a pandemic, the hotel spared no expense in taking care of the hotel guests while keeping in mind social distancing. And we stayed right when the rules changed from no indoor breakfast buffets to permitting them with social distancing. And they complied seamlessly. Special mention to the restaurant manager Mr Mohammed who indulged the kids with a special hot chocolate every day.

The check in/out process was fast, and the staff upgraded our room without any charges. Covid precautionary measures were observed during our stay. Food was delicious with a big portion. Parking inside the building is spacious and the location of this hotel is perfect (groceries, coffee shop & mosque are nearby)

I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Suites as usual. Room was perfect, the staff really friendly and thanks to Nagaraju for cleaning the room to a spotless state. I’ll definitely be staying here again and recommending it.

My stay at Fraser Suites has been awesome and thrilling. The hotel is at the heart of Riyadh city and has nice views from the topmost floor. The reception and rooms are so beautiful. My favourite spot is the 6th floor, where the pool is, and breakfast is served also. Generally, every member of staff is nice and warm but special mention of Mr Osama, Mr Naser and Mr Fiaz. Mr Osama is excellent in his duties and makes sure breakfast goes well. I like the breakfast attendants and cleaners too because they are hospitable. I enjoyed the fact they can speak multiple languages as they are from diverse backgrounds. The gym at the hotel is superb.
