Are the facilities complimentary?

Yes, unless indicated, we offer complimentary access to most facilities available at Capri by Fraser Leipzig.  

The meeting rooms are chargeable with room-only hire or at day-delegate rates which also include food & beverage throughout the event.

What is your best rate guarantee policy?

Our website offers the best rates guarantee; however, if guests do find a lower price elsewhere within 24 hours of booking, we will match the lower rate

Does the hotel offer on-site parking?

Yes, we have a secure underground and gated car park. The daily charge is €19.

How do I get to the hotel from Leipzig’s main train station or the airport?

The main train station is located 200 metres away from the property. From the main entrance, cross at the zebra crossing along Goethestrasse and take the first right into Bruehl. Capri by Fraser Leipzig will be the first building after the turn.
From the airport:
Taxi – (21 km) 
Regional Train (S5X) – Directly to the airport from Leipzig Main Train Station (30 minutes)  

Is room service available?

Unfortunately, room service is not available but we partner with online delivery partners as well as local restaurants. 

What are some of the best attractions near Capri by Fraser Leipzig?

There are plenty of nearby attractions we would recommend, including the Leipzig Opera, Old Town Hall, Nikolaikirche Leipzig  and the Monument to the Battle of the Nations. You’ll also want to visit the Panorama Tower, Augustusplatz, Leipzig Zoo and St Thomas Church Leipzig 

Are pets allowed?

Yes, Capri by Fraser Leipzig is a pet-friendly hotel and pet amenities are available on arrival with pet bedding, eating and drinking bowls, and treats.  

Is catering available?

Yes, we can cater for coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

Are the meeting rooms interconnecting?

Yes, Pow Wow 1 and 2 can connect with each other to become a larger meeting room with a total of 95 sqm.

Is the gym accessible 24/7?

Yes, guests can access the gym 24/7 with a key card.

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is served from 07:00 – 10:00, Monday to Friday,  and from 07:00 – 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
