Are there any fitness facilities?

Yes, there is a 24/7 fully-equipped gym located on Level 42 for our in-house guests, in addition to an open-air saltwater pool at Level 41.

Our reception operates 24 hours to take care of guests' needs

Where are the closest bank, ATM and exchange office located?

The closest bank is located opposite the hotel i.e. UOB Bank Jalan Imbi. The nearest ATM, and money changer can be found within Bukit Bintang vicinity, close to our hotel residences in Kuala Lumpur, namely, shopping malls such as Lot 10 and Pavilion. Other nearby ATM options include Maybank and CIMB tellers which are located at LG floor of The Starhill. HSBC teller is also available in Fahrenheit 88, located on the Ground floor.

Where can I dine?

Our all-day dining restaurant, is located in The Den at Level 40 and 40M.

Is internet access provided?

Yes, guests can enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access in-room and around the property. 

What are the recommended attractions in Kuala Lumpur?

Kuala Lumpur is a metropolitan city featuring skyscrappers, colonial architecture, and natural attractons and a melting pot of cultures and diversity. Some of the iconic landmarks include Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), Central Market for local knik-knacks, and the Petaling Street for local delights.

Nature lovers can look to Natural Bukit Nanas Forest Reserved, Lake Garden and KL Bird Park. 

If you're travelling with young ones, some of the hotspots include Aquaria KLCC, Superpark Malaysia, Zoo Negara (National Zoo), Berjaya Times Square Theme Park, Petrosains Discovery Centre, Escape Room Kuala Lumpur, Camp5 Eco City Climbing Gym and National Museum. 

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is served daily from 06.30 – 10:30 at our all-day dining restaurant in The Den.

How much does it cost to use the hotel’s limousine service

Airport transfers can be arranged from RM 200.00 per car per way. Please approach our Concierge for more details. 

What type of beds are provided?

Each of our rooms comes with either 1 King Bed or 2 Twin Beds. Options are subject to room availability and according to room types.

How much does breakfast cost?

Breakfast is available for in-house guests upon check-in at RM58+/adult and for children (between 6 and 12 years, inclusive) at RM29+/child daily.  

What are the services and facilities offered?

Capri by Fraser, Bukit Bintang / Malaysia features studios and one-bedroom apartments fully furnished (with selected units equipped with kitchenettes) and modern bathroom amenities.

Is an airport shuttle available?

Airport transfers can be arranged upon advanced request of at least 3 days and subject to additional charges. Limousine services are chargeable from RM 195 per car per way, with 50% surcharge for midnight pick-up and send-off from Capri by Fraser. Please contact our Reservations team at Capri by Fraser, Bukit Bintang (reservations.kualalumpur@capribyfraser.com) to make the necessary arrangements.

Is there a shuttle bus to the surrounding areas?

Yes, complimentary Shuttle Van Services are provided for in-house guests for drop-off at the selected areas in Kuala Lumpur city centre. Please contact our Front Office team at Capri by Fraser for the schedule and route around Bukit Bintang and other parts of Kuala Lumpur.

  • Seats are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis for in-house guests.

  • Departure time and duration of trip may vary due to traffic and weather conditions

  • Shuttle van will only stop at designated drop off points. No pick-up service and waiting are allowed.

Are newspapers provided?

No, we apologise that newspaper will not be provided.

Is it possible to store my luggage at the hotel before check-in?

Yes, you may store your luggage with us. Please check with our Concierge for assistance (terms and conditions apply).

Is on-site parking available and what is the cost?

On-site parking is available via Mechanical Automated Parking System and is chargeable at MYR 18.00 per car per day (24 hours), for multiple entries. In-house guests will need to validate their parking cards at the Concierge or Front Office prior to departure. 

How do I get to the hotel?

Capri by Fraser, Bukit Bintang / Malaysia is located about 57 km from Kuala Lumpur International Airport 1 and 2.

From Kuala Lumpur International Airport and 2:

• By Taxi: Taxis are available at the taxi stand. 

By Private Hire Vehicle

• Advance booking is required for taxi and limousine services. Fare depends on the type of vehicle, number of passengers, as well as travel distance.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each residence type?

In general, our apartments can accommodate up to 3 persons depending on the room category. 

There is a strict adherence to the number of guests in each room type as recommended under the Health & Safety regulations.

Are baby cots and extra beds available?

Complimentary baby cots are available upon request, subject to availability. Extra beds are chargeable and subject to availability.
