Family Plan: 
Children below age of 6 years:  enjoy complimentary sharing the existing beds and accompanied by two adults and according to the maximum occupancy in the apartment.

Surcharge applies during F1 (26 October - 31 October 2012(inclusive)

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations for a monthly reservation must be received 7 days' advance notice prior to arrival is required. 
No Pre-termination of stay is allowed
Changes, cancellation or no-show made after the deadline will be charged 1 night stay penalty.

Guarantee Policy:
-A valid credit card with 1 night charge deposit is required to confirm the booking and advance payment may be required over peak dates.

-Check in time   14:00hours
-Check out time 12:00hours

Taxes:
-LUXURY TAX ON RACK of 10% per apartment per night is not included in the rate
 VAT of 0.63% per apartment per night is not included in the rate
 Hotel Charges: SERVICE TAX of 7.42% per apartment per night is not included in the rate
