A world leader in serviced residences and luxury apartments, Frasers Hospitality Pte Ltd (Frasers) has been conferred the World’s Leading Serviced Apartment Brand at the 19th World Travel Awards held in New Delhi recently. Recognised globally as the ultimate hallmark of quality and often regarded as the “travel Oscars”, the World Travel Awards is the largest, most comprehensive and prestigious awards in the travel industry. This is the first time in a 20-year history that the World Travel Awards has been extended to the serviced apartment sector.
This accolade, which recognises Frasers’ commitment to excellence as a global serviced residence provider as voted by travel and tourism professionals worldwide, comes hot on the heels of other industry awards received in recent weeks.
Frasers also took top honours as the Corporate Housing Provider of the Year 2012 at the inaugural Asian Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards (EMMA) held by the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) in Hong Kong on 3 December 2012. Celebrating distinction in global mobility, the award was voted by a judging panel of professionals from multinational organisations within the mobility field.
In China, Fraser Suites Nanjing won Best Serviced Residence 2012 by Business Traveller China for its Gold-Standard accommodation and services, for the second consecutive year since the award was introduced in 2011. Presented by China’s leading travel and hospitality publication in Shanghai on 14 November 2012, the Business Traveller China Awards recognises China’s outstanding travel and hospitality performers as voted by the country’s most affluent travellers.
Mr Choe Peng Sum, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Hospitality Pte Ltd, said: “These awards reaffirm the strong brand reputation we have built over the past 14 years and is testament to the distinct quality and consistency of our service offerings across our 76 properties worldwide. Winning recognition from the industry and those who have been instrumental to our success is a great honour.
