We are seeking enthusiatic and energetic Operations Manager to join our team at Capri by Fraser, Johor Bahru, Malaysia!

RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

*Oversee operations (FO/HK/F&B/SEC)

*Responsible in absence of GM

*Elevate customer service skills for operational teams

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal
2. Must possess strong organizational time management skills, and attention to detail.
3. Minimum Diploma/Degree in hospitality management
4. At least 5 years experience in similar role
