The incumbent plays an instrumental role in establishing HR business partnership with stakeholders across all Singapore properties to enable effective HR operations in alignment with Frasers Hospitality’s polices and guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Build effective relationship with senior stakeholders and managers as a trusted HR advisor, including display of strong professional credibility.
2. Act as a HR consultant to designated local properties and handles day-to-day HR operations and all other HR ad-hoc activities including budget planning, manpower forecasting, performance management, communication, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition and annual salary review.
3. Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure that it meets both business and employee needs and that is well aligned, understood and communicated to line managers.
4. Manage new hire onboarding
5. Develop effective talent management and retention initiatives
6. Review and recommend changes to the employee terms and benefit packages from time to time to remain competitive.
7. Develop employee engagement strategies and drive activities to improve internal communication and employee bonding.
8. Ensure efficient manpower planning for operational requirements.
9. Work closely with line managers in employee disciplinary and grievance management.
10. Prepare monthly management and statistical report as required by properties.
11. Implement and facilitate culture building efforts to promote the company as a value-based organization.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Degree in Hospitality Management, HR Management or similar discipline
2. iHRP certified is an advantage
3. Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager, preferably in hospitality industry
4. Able to commute between properties
5. Familiar with SAP, SuccessFactor would be added advantage
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
