We are looking for an enthusiasistic Front Office Manager to join our team at Fraser Residence Sudirman Jakarta!
JOB SUMMARY:
The Front Office Manager is to lead and manage the front office team to achieve smooth front office operations with minimal disruptions and delays to deliver the highest service standards to exceed guests' expectation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Manage and control department expenditure and budget, including the planning of Capex & new financial year budgeting figures
Select and block the apartment for the VIP's and regular guests and coordinating with the Housekeeping Department for proper preparation for these apartment.
Inspect the VIP's apartment before arrival time.
Greet the VIP guests.
Responsible for annual headcount budget for Front Office, staff discipline and recognition, including managing recruitment and offboarding matters.
