Do you perceive yourself as creative, extroverted and highly customer orientated? If so, Fraser Suites Perth is currently looking for a Guest Service Agents for regular casual shifts.  

Our  Full Time Guest Service Agents work 10 shifts per fortnight between Monday to Sunday  across our AM ( 7am start) and PM (3pm start) shifts.  On occasion, our team also cover Night Shift during leave periods 

We can only consider candidates that have the availability to work all shifts on all days to ensure our team have a regular roster. 

Whilst ideally you have worked in a Front Office role before, if you have full availability for shifts, customer service experience and are looking for a career Hotel role - we provide full training and support and encourage you to apply.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

  1. Providing exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
  2. Participating in training and development programs to enhance one's skills and capabilities.
  3. Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
  4. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality and the issuing of room keys.
  5. Maintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation.
  6. Attending to guest requests efficiently and effectively, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
  7. Adherence to hotel standards of excellence, policies and procedures.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. You will need a recent police clearance and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. 
  2. You must have working rights for a min of 6 months.
  3. You have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
  4. You will have a background in Hotels, Hospitality or Travel and can demonstrate your customer service skills and attention to detail.
