TITLE

Hotel Manager / Resident Manager

OPENING

 

This incumbent will report to General Manager and works closely with Heads of Department to manage the operations of the property. Overall accountable for the financial and operational performance of the property. Ensure approved budgets are optimized and achieved; and optimum delivery of Gold Standard Product and Services that is consistent with the Company’s standard to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

·         Direct the operation of the hotel to maximize performance, profitability and return on investment by creating a positive and productive work environment

·         Plan and prepare the operation and capital budgets

·         Forecast revenues and expenditure

·         Upkeep and maintenance of the property

·         Be a custodian of the brand values

·         Maintain appropriate relations with our business partners and stakeholders

·         Ensure appropriate and timely returns and management of the company’s business and finances

·         Direct the team for continuous improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the product and services

·         Maximize opportunities to spread the brand name

 

 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Operations
  • Sound knowledge of the hospitality
  • Strong analytical problem- solving skills and high computer literacy
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-driven and able to work within tight deadline
