Modena by Fraser Bangkok is now seeking creative and energetic individual to join the team as Food and Beverage Manager!

RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Plan and oversee all F&B Services of the property to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

• Ensures cost control procedures are adhered to at all times.

• Participate with the Executive Chef in the preparation of the properties revenue, marketing and cost plans.

• Oversee the development and implementation of creative plans/promotions that anticipate and exceed guest needs and interests.

• Manage, motivate and develop the F&B team in order to effectively achieve the objectives of all the outlets.

• Assist in developing training plans and appropriate material for the successful training of F&B service employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

•Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management 

•At least 8 years minimum experience, with 3 years as an F&B Manager and / or Assistant F&B Manager.

•Previous experience in managing or supervising a team of staff is  required

•Computer literacy is essential

•Fluent in English and Thai language
