Modena by Fraser Buriram locate just next door to the Chang Internaional Racing Circut and Chang Arena football stadium - word-class facilities is currently hiring Client Relations Executive. 

RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

This role is to maximise guest satisfaction and retention by meeting their unique needs in a timely and responsive manner. 

·Produce and pursue sales leads for the property/meeting packages/residential packages in the relevant country/region.

·Maintain responsibility for and optimize the designated portfolio of accounts.

·Maintain close, frequent and open communications within and across properties on accounts and prospective customers.

·To generate daily via CRM (Sugar).

·To generate weekly sales report.

·To cross sell to other sister properties under the FH Group.

·Constantly checking on market feedback/intelligence/competitors activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Due to visa restrictions, this position is only open to anyone who already have work authorisation in Thailand. 
2. Minimum 2 years experience in similar position or similar capacity.
3. Hospitality or Hotel diploma preferred but not required
4. Fluent in English
