What is the Specialist Associate Programme all about?

Designed for high-performing graduates with at least 2 years’ working experience, this is an exciting 18-month programme where you’ll hit the ground running with full skills training and job attachments across a wide spectrum of functions within Frasers Hospitality. You’ll work side by side with your senior managers and mentors, who will guide you towards the goal of being a specialist in your field.

As the stars of your cohort, you’ll get first-hand experience and global market exposure, as well as a long-term career path with us. Once you complete the programme, you’ll be placed in the Investment & Asset Management (IAM+) team within Frasers Hospitality, empowered to take on bigger responsibilities in your journey with us.

What DO YOU NEED TO START?

Academic prowess - a degree in business, economics, real estate, finance, hospitality or engineering.
Work experience - 2-3 years in the fields of investment, real estate or research. Even if you don’t, impress us with your determination to excel.
