Violent Soho fans rejoice! The band will be playing their first headline show since the release of their massive ARIA #1 fifth studio album Everything Is A-OK on Saturday May 1st.
Violent Soho will take to Brisbane’s iconic Riverstage to play songs from the critically acclaimed, 4 x ARIA nominated album to a live audience for the very first time.
With support from Tired Lion and Beddy Rays, this show will be one for the record books. Riverstage holds a special place in the hearts of both Violent Soho and their fans, with the band playing to a massive sold-out crowd of almost 10,000 animated fans when they headlined at the venue in 2018. Their return to that stage off the back of a year we won’t speak of, is set to be one hell of a party.

Calling all singers! QMF is building Australia's largest vocal ensemble and you're invited. Absolutely Everybody is an epic new vocal ensemble, celebrating diversity and inclusivity, radiating from the heart of Brisbane.
Choirs and individuals who join Absolutely Everybody will be involved in transformative, memorable experiences every year. As the ensemble grows, you will build a performance repertoire, meet new people, share stories and be involved in exciting future QMF projects
Join us at Brisbane Riverstage on 15 May 2021 for our first major (COVID-safe) event, where we will come together in song and film a music video! Our phenomenal film crew will capture this performance and produce a spectacular choral capsule of life in these interesting times.
We want as many singers as possible to be a part of this spectacular program, so spread the word with anyone who may be interested!

Organised by Atlas Events, head to Brisbane for one of the most historic events on the Queensland running calendar. The Brisbane Marathon Festival offers distances across full marathon, half marathon, 10km, 5km and 2km. This is the perfect city run destination!
Run along buzzing Southbank, take in views of the city and the Brisbane River and receive a Rockstar finish at Riverstage. Following the success of a new course in 2019, runners will again have the chance to run over a full closure of the iconic Story Bridge, making memories to last.
