Yes, we have one room that is disabled-friendly.

Yes. Please contact us with your catering request and we will be happy to assist. 

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is 12:00. 

Does the hotel have a swimming pool on-site?

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a swimming pool. However, our guests may head to a nearby swimming pool at a special rate. 

Is it possible to book for a group online?

Yes, group bookings can be made via our website. However, we recommend that group bookings are made directly with our reservations team so that we can better customise your stay. 

What are some of the best attractions near Capri by Fraser Ho Chi Minh City?

We are next to the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center, and close to Saigon Paragon, Crescent and Vivo City shopping malls, international schools such as Saigon South International School, Canadian International School, Korean International School, RMIT University and Lawrence S. Ting Memorial School, and international hospitals such as the Franco-Vietnamese Hospital. 

How do I make a reservation and deposit for a group?

Capri by Fraser Ho Chi Minh City is next to the SECC – it takes just 3 minutes to walk there from the hotel.

Yes, Capri by Fraser Ho Chi Minh City provides an airport transfer service with a fee VND 900,000.

Does the hotel offer on-site parking?

Breakfast is served from 06:00 to 10:00.

What is the cancellation policy?

For seven (07) nights’ stay and below, cancellations received within 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a fee of 1 night’s apartment rental. For eight (08) to twenty-nine (29) nights’ stay, cancellations received within 7 days before the arrival date will incur a fee of 3 nights’ apartment rental.

Are there any malls or Western restaurants near the hotel?

There is a big shopping mall, Crescent Mall, about 1.5 km away, with many restaurants. 

Does the menu include halal food?

Unfortunately, halal food is not provided but we offer vegetarian options.

Does the hotel have bicycles for rent?

We have complimentary bicycles for in-house guests to use during their stay.
