On arrival at Fraser Suites Hamburg, you will receive a beautifully embossed cushion and blanket, as well as food and water bowls and welcome treats for your animal.

The House Rules

Only dogs and cats are allowed, up to a maximum of two pets per room. Your animals must be leashed at all times, and they may not be left unattended in your suites or within the property.

In order to ensure that you and your pet enjoy a comfortable stay, we ask that you please let us know that you’ll be bringing them along by making a note in the Special Requests field in your booking.

Please note that we charge 35 euros per animal per day.

Only cats or dogs are allowed at Fraser Suites Hamburg. However, we know every furry friend has their own need to adjust to a new place. So please let us know about your pets when you make your booking, so we can ensure their comfort in our hotel.

We ask that you do not leave your pet unattended and that you keep your animal on a leash in the hotel.
