Technology Support

We understand how important it is to have a seamless experience when organizing or attending an event. To support this, our campus offers both an IT Express Centre and a dedicated Audio-Visual Support Team. Whether you're setting up for a presentation or need technical assistance during an event, our teams are here to ensure everything runs smoothly.
 

ITEC support hours

  • Mon – Fri 08:00 – 19:00
  • Sat – Sun 08:30 – 17:30

 

Audio-visual (AV) support hours

4 weeks advance notice is required for Audio Visual weekend support

  • Mon – Fri 07:00 – 19:00
  • Sat – Sun 08:30 – 17:30

* Out of hours support team availability can be arranged, at an additional cost, as per your event requirements. Please coordinate with Frasers event team.

IT Express Centre (ITEC)

The IT Express Centre is your destination to view, touch and ask questions about technology, peripherals and services.

The services available include:

  • Help and advice with any technology queries
  • Loan devices e.g. laptops
  • Peripheral accessories e.g. headphones
  • Information about upcoming technology
  • Hints and tips about getting the most from your technology and applications

Audio Visual Support

Our Audio Visual Support Team is available to assist with event setup, presentations, and any live technical requirements, ensuring your event runs smoothly from start to finish.

 

The services available include:

  • Help prepare and coordinate AV requirements whilst planning your event
  • Provide managed event support, operating live video and sound
  • Presentation and VC support, both pre-booked and ad-hoc
  • Daily facility checks to ensure trouble-free meetings
