Is there technical support available?
The facility has an on-site AV team available to assist with your events. There is also an IT Express Centre if attendees experience technical issues.
Can we use external vendors for dining services at HSBCU China?
As this is a catered facility and the Bank has an agreement in place with Frasers, external food and beverage is not permitted.
Can HSBCU China issue an invitation letter for visa application purposes?
Yes, please contact hsbcu.china@hsbc.com, and the HSBCU China team will follow up.

How can I arrange group transportation to and from the facility?

What is the check-in and out time ?
Standard check-in is 3pm with check-out by 12pm. Please contact the front desk if you have alternate requirements.
