Frasers Hospitality is the World's Leading Serviced Apartment Brand yet again

Singapore, 12 November 2022 – Frasers Hospitality, a member of Frasers Property Group, has been crowned the World's Leading Serviced Apartment Brand 2022 again at the 29th World Travel Awards, the respected global authority in travel and tourism.

This is the ninth time Frasers Hospitality has won the title since 2012. Voted by tourism professionals, and business and leisure travellers worldwide, this accolade is an endorsement of the service excellence in the travel, tourism and hospitality industries.

Mr Mark Chan, Chief Operating Officer of Frasers Hospitality, said “We are honoured to receive this prestigious global award. This win is the icing on the cake for Frasers Hospitality, which has won more than 40 awards this year.

At the World Travel Awards 2022, the brand picked up 14 awards including major wins such as Middle East's Leading Serviced Apartment Brand 2022, England's Leading Serviced Apartment Brand 2022, South Korea's Leading Serviced Apartment Brand 2022 and Malaysia's Leading Hotel Residences 2022 for the year-old Capri by Fraser, Bukit Bintang / Malaysia.

In China, the Frasers Hospitality picked up three awards at the 17th Starlight Awards including Annual Outstanding Luxury Serviced Apartment Operator and Annual Outstanding Hotel-serviced Apartment for Fraser Suites Dalian. Meanwhile, Fraser Suites Shenzhen was selected as the Best Serviced Apartment in China at the TTG China Travel Awards 2022.

Meanwhile, the brand cemented its leading serviced apartment status when it won Travel Partner of the Year: Serviced Apartment Provider at the Business Travel Awards Europe 2022 and took home the Best Serviced Residence Operator award at the 31st TTG Travel Awards 2022.
