We always recommend checking the signage of the specific car park that you will be parking in to ensure that you are following the correct guidelines.

The closest parking locations are as follows:

• Street parking on Moreau Parade
• Street parking on De Vlamingh Avenue
• Street parking on Hay Street
• Parking lot at Queens Gardens on Nelson Crescent 

Most of these parking locations are on a time limit of 3 hours, however, at certain points during the day and week these change.

Please ensure that you check nearby parking signs to avoid fines. 

Fraser Suites Perth’s accommodation apartments are easily accessible from the airport and train stations.  We are located within Perth’s Free Transit Zone, so you can ride on all the buses within the city centre for free. The bus stop is right outside the property.

If you are driving, the distance from the airport to Fraser Suites Perth is 11km. From Brearley Avenue, turn left onto the Great Eastern Highway, turn right onto the Causeway and then continue into Adelaide Terrace. The hotel is on your right after you cross the bridge

Yes. We are a Perth hotel with an indoor heated pool  as well as an apartment with gym. The 24-hour fitness centre offers a range of cardio equipment, weight stations, cable machines and free weights. 

Check-in time is 3.00pm

Onsite parking at our suite apartments in Perth is available and subject to availability. The parking rate is AUD30.00 per car per day. You may drive up to the entrance and collect your parking key access at the reception upon check-in. If parking space is unavailable at that time, please check with us for other available options.

Yes. Full onsite catering is available at our conference venues in Perth.

Bailey on the Terrace restaurant is located onsite and serves breakfast from 6.00am to 9.30am on weekdays and from 7.00am to 10.30am on weekends and public holidays. The Lobby Bar also offers takeaway or dine-in.

Please note: The restaurant is currently under refurbishment, however, breakfast is still served daily on level 1 and the lobby bar remains open during this time.

Parking is available based on availability upon your arrival to the hotel. Unfortunately, parking in our underground carpark cannot be booked in advance.
