What is your COVID-19 check-in process?

Before your stay, please download the SafeWA app and check-in using this app. The SafeWA app is available from Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store.

SafeWA is the WA Government's free online contact register app. It is easy to use, safe and contactless. You can then check in with one of our service team using the iPad screens available at reception

How do I get to the property?

Fraser Suites’ Perth accommodation apartments are easily accessible from the airport and train stations.  We are located within Perth’s Free Transit Zone, so you can ride on all the buses within the city centre for free. The bus stop is right outside the property.

If you are driving, the distance from the airport to Fraser Suites Perth is 11km.  From Brearley Avenue, turn left onto the Great Eastern Highway, turn right onto the Causeway and then continue into Adelaide Terrace.  The hotel is on your right after you cross the bridge

Are there fitness facilities provided?

Yes. We are a Perth hotel with an indoor heated pool  as well as an apartment with gym. The 24-hour fitness centre offers a range of cardio equipment, weight stations, cable machines and free weights. 

What is the check-in time?

Check-in time is 3.00pm

Is on-site parking available and what is the cost?

Onsite parking at our hotel suites in Perth is available and subject to availability. The parking rate is AUD30.00 per car per day. You may drive up to the hotel entrance and collect your parking key access at the reception upon check-in. If parking space is unavailable at that time, please check with us for other available options.

Our conveniently located Heirloom restaurant in Perth’s CBD serves breakfast from 6.00am to 9.30am on weekdays and from 7.00am to 10.30am on weekends and public holidays. The Lobby Bar also offers takeaway or dine-in.
