About Nansha District

 Located in the southern part of Guangzhou right at the geometric center of the Greater Pearl River Delta Economic Region and situated at the supporting position of the "A" shape formed by Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao, Nansha is the hub connecting the city groups on the banks of the Pearl River Estuary. Nansha district is the principal water thoroughfare of the Pearl River Estuary and the only passage from Guangzhou to the ocean. It has the advantages needed for the building of an international deepwater port and development of port-related industries, and as such is the perfect region for Guangzhou and Guangdong province to adjust and upgrade their industrial structures.

Nineteen Chung

Nineteen Chung, known as "Guangzhou Small Southeast Asia", are located at the southernmost end of Wanqingsha, Nansha, and are a series of rivers built by reclamation and embankment. Nineteen Chung, located at the seaside, is not only the first dam adjacent to Wailingdingyang, but also a famous seafood distribution center in Nansha, where there is a lively seafood market. Going to Nansha Nineteen Chung to eat seafood has not only become a market for Guangzhou citizens, but also a popular choice for tourists from all over the world.


Huangshanlu Forest Park

Located in the center of Nansha, covering an area of approximately 1,200 hectares. Its main peak is 295 meters above sea level, the highest peak in southern Guangzhou and the most optimal place to get a bird's-eye view of the Pearl River estuary in Guangzhou. Taking the Nansha Port Expressway, Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, Humen Expressway, and Metro Line 4, residents from Hong Kong, Macao, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Zhuhai can reach the park within an hour.
