Frasers Hospitality, a business unit of Frasers Property, unveils "The Wellness Edit", a new global wellness programme designed to integrate simple, practical wellbeing rituals into the serviced living experience across its global portfolio.
As travel becomes increasingly intertwined with work, family, and everyday routines, wellness is no longer viewed as a short-term escape. The Wellness Edit responds to this shift by moving beyond occasional treatments and traditional hospitality amenities, to offer self-guided rituals, curated experiences, and in-room wellness touchpoints that support how guests live, rest, move, and recover during their stay.
Co-developed with appointed Frasers Hospitality wellness expert, Heike Cushway, who brings over 15 years of experience in integrated wellbeing, health, and longevity, the programme is designed around consistency, accessibility, and choice. Residents will be able to shape their own wellness experience through daily rituals, guided wellness journeys, on-demand resources, curated amenities, and selected local partnerships.
“Live Wellness has long been part of our Frasers Living philosophy, which is about whole-heartedly connecting people with life-enriching experiences,” said Chew Hang Song, Chief Operating Officer, Frasers Hospitality. “The Wellness Edit brings this commitment to life by making wellbeing a more intentional part of the serviced living experience. Through simple, meaningful routines that support how our guests and residents rest, move, and recover every day, we hope to help them feel more balanced, restored, and connected while away from home.”
Wellbeing Built Around Daily Rituals
The Wellness Edit is built around simple, self-guided rituals that make wellbeing easier to integrate into daily life. Requiring no specialist knowledge, equipment, or fixed schedule, these practices may include breathwork, meditation, gentle stretching, and evening wind-down rituals designed to support rest, recovery, and balance.
“The Wellness Edit is designed to make wellbeing feel simple, intuitive, and achievable,” said Heike Cushway, Frasers Hospitality wellness expert. “Rather than asking guests to step away from their routines, the programme supports small, repeatable rituals that can be woven into the way they live, work, rest, and recover while travelling. That consistency is what helps wellbeing become part of everyday life.”
Curated experiences of The Wellness Edit include self-guided recovery session, tea rituals and movement classes
The programme also extends into the guest experience through in-room wellness touchpoints, on-demand content, and selected amenities that support sleep, relaxation, and daily recovery. At participating properties, guests may also access curated wellness experiences such as tea rituals, movement classes, sound baths, and guided recovery sessions, with selected local partnerships offering further opportunities to connect with the destination.
Liveable Wellbeing for Every Lifestyle
The Wellness Edit is structured around three core pillars: Mind & Stillness, which supports the nervous system regulation, restorative sleep in quality and depth, and emotional equilibrium; Renew & Thrive, which enables gentle recovery, nourishment and vitality practices; and Flow & Form, which focuses on accessible, restorative movement and mobility practices designed for modern travel and desk-bound lifestyles.
While anchored by a consistent wellness framework, The Wellness Edit will be adapted across Frasers Hospitality’s brands and properties to reflect different guests' lifestyles. Fraser Suites will offer more personalised and restorative experiences for executives and long-stay guests; Fraser Residence will focus on family-oriented routines and everyday wellbeing; Capri by Fraser will bring the programme to life through social and locally inspired wellness experiences; and Modena by Fraser will emphasise active and flexible lifestyle offerings.
The upcoming Fraser Suites property at One Bangkok, scheduled to open in December 2026, will be among the properties bringing The Wellness Edit to life through dedicated wellness facilities, personalised wellness journeys, and therapist-led treatments designed for practical unwinding in the heart of the city.
The Wellness Edit will progressively launch across Frasers Hospitality’s serviced apartments from August 2026.
