Entry into TTG Asia’s ‘Travel Hall of Fame’ as ‘Best Serviced Residence Operator’

At the 34^th Annual TTG Travel Awards, Frasers Hospitality was inducted into the prestigious ‘Travel Hall of Fame’, a recognition reserved for brands that have consistently demonstrated excellence over time. This honour celebrated Frasers Hospitality’s remarkable achievement of being voted ‘Best Serviced Residence Operator’ for 10 consecutive years by travel trade professionals, including travel consultants, tour operators, and destination management companies. Adding to this milestone, Fraser Suites was also named ‘Best Serviced Residence Brand’ by readers of TTG Asia and its publications.

Voted ‘Best Serviced Residence Group’ at Travel Weekly Asia Readers' Choice Awards 2025

This year, Frasers Hospitality was also named ‘Best Serviced Residence Group’ at the Travel Weekly Asia Readers’ Choice Awards 2025. Further reinforcing its position as a preferred choice among travellers, Fraser Residence River Promenade, Singapore was awarded ‘Best Serviced Residence Property (Asia)’. The reader-driven accolades reflect the trust and loyalty that Frasers Hospitality has earned through its commitment to delivering exceptional serviced living experiences across its global portfolio.

Recognised for contribution towards a sustainable future

Frasers Hospitality was honoured under the Sustainable Business Category (Non-SME) at the 10^th Singapore APEX Corporate Sustainability Awards 2025. Recognised as Singapore’s benchmark for corporate sustainability excellence, these awards celebrate businesses that embody the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact. Frasers Hospitality earned this accolade through its significant sustainability progress, which includes a reduction in carbon emission intensity since FY2019 and the receipt of green-build certifications from an initial two properties to over 88% (by GFA) of the owned portfolio in the span of just two years. This contributes to Singapore’s goal of greening 80% of hospitality properties by 2030, highlighting Frasers Hospitality’s leadership in sustainable practices.
