Are newspapers provided?

Guests are able to use the provided Straits Times codes to access digital newspapers in the comfort of their rooms.

Are the residences disabled-friendly?  

Yes, Capri by Fraser Changi City/Singapore is disabled-friendly.

Are there fitness facilities? 

Yes, there is a 24/7 fully-equipped gym, a swimming pool, and a jet pool located on level 2 for our in-house guests

What are the available dining options? 

Dining is available at Caprilicious located on level 1 of the property, from 0630hrs to 1500hrs daily. The well-equipped kitchenette also provides you the convenience of cooking in your apartment.

What type of beds are provided?

All room types feature a king-sized bed except for Studio Superior Twin Rooms, which feature 2 super single-sized beds.

Are laundry services provided?  

Yes, laundry and dry-cleaning services are available, subject to additional charges. There are washers and dryers available in our Spin & Play rooms located on levels 3 to 11 for your convenience.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each residence type? 

Your safety and well-being are our top priority at Capri by Fraser, Changi City. To maintain a safe experience for all guests, the capacity limit imposed in our rooms will be in accordance with the latest COVID-19 safe management measures by the government.

Where are the closest bank, ATM and currency exchange office?

There are ATMs and a currency exchange office at Changi City Point Mall located beside Capri by Fraser Changi City/Singapore, less than a minute away.

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is served from 0630hrs to 1030hrs at our restaurant, Caprilicious.

What are the facilities offered?

In addition to 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance, as well as 24/7 Reception and Concierge services, Capri by Fraser Changi City/Singapore features a themed Spin & Play launderette, Foosball Room, a gym, swimming pool and more. 

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is after 2.00 pm. Check-out is 12.00 noon.

Is a complimentary airport shuttle available?

Unfortunately, we do not provide an airport shuttle service.

Is there parking at the property? Is it chargeable? 

Parking is available at Changi City Point and chargeable. For parking rates, visit www.changicitypoint.com.sg/about.php

Is it possible to store my luggage at the hotel before check in?

Yes, it is possible to store your luggage at the property. Please feel free to approach our Concierge for more details

Are pets allowed? 

Unfortunately, other than guide dogs, pets are not allowed at Capri by Fraser Changi City / Singapore.

What are the prohibited items? 

Items that exude strong smell such as Durians are not allowed at Capri by Fraser, Changi City / Singapore.

How do I get to the property?

Guests taking the MRT can stop at Expo station – it is a 5-minute walk to Capri by Fraser Changi City. 

From the airport, the property is a 10-minute taxi ride away.

Are baby cots and extra beds available?

Yes, baby cots are available on complimentary basis and subject to availability. Extra beds are also available at additional charges
