·      The 20% voucher code is a unique code applicable for one-time-use only.

·      The 20% voucher can only be redeemed against select room rates at a         Fraser World participating property.

·      Guest must be a member to redeem the offer. Upon check-in, guest will be asked to verify his/her member status, and in the event the verification is not successful, prevailing room rates will apply and be charged accordingly.

·      If the voucher code is lost, damaged or altered, there will strictly be no replacement or re-issuance.
