Providing safe and clean environments for our guests and team members is always a top priority for Frasers Hospitality – even more so today. We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness. Our employees are taking extreme measures to ensure the highest levels of hygiene standards are maintained throughout all areas of our properties. In some areas, changes have been made to our service offering, to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. This includes our buffet service offerings, which will be focused around individual sealed portions and plated service direct from our kitchens.
We will continue monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) updates, and will respond based on the advice of governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals.
Flexible in your travel plans
We believe in responsible and safe travel while staying vigilant and following the recommended procedures by the World Health Organization, public health authorities and local authorities. We will remain flexible in our understanding and approach to all prior bookings.
