Yes, you may bring up to two pets with you during your stay.
However, please note that pets are not permitted in our Studio apartments.

What type of beds are provided?

Studio and one-bedroom apartments feature one king bed, while two-bedroom apartments offer a selection of king, queen and single beds.

Hollywood Twin beds are available for selected Studio and one-bedroom apartments.

Is internet access provided?

Yes, guests can enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access in the rooms and around the property. 

What time is check-in and check-out?

Our check-in time is 14:00. Check-out is at 12:00.

Are newspapers provided?

The Straits Times, Business Times, Lianhe Zaobao, International Herald Tribune, Asian Wall Street Journal, Asahi Shimbun and Nikkei Shimbun are available for in-room subscription, with applicable charges

How do I get to Fraser Residence Orchard, Singapore?

The property is easily accessible from Changi International Airport via car, taxi, train or bus.

What are the available dining options?

Breakfast is available at The Dining Room, located at level 2 of the property. The fully-equipped kitchen/kitchenette also provides you with the convenience of cooking in your own apartment. 

Are laundry services provided?

Yes, laundry services are available, subject to additional charges. There is also a washer and a dryer in the room for your convenience

Where are the closest bank, ATM and exchange office?

The closest bank, ATM and exchange office are all located within ION Orchard, less than 5-minutes' walk away. Please feel free to approach Guest Services for directions or more details. 

How much does breakfast cost?

Is there an airport shuttle service?

Unfortunately, an airport shuttle service is not available. However, a limousine service or taxi can be arranged upon request. Please feel free to approach Guest Services for more details.
