Are baby cots available? 

Yes, complimentary baby cots are subject to availability. 

Are the residences handicap-friendly?

Yes, Capri by Fraser, Brisbane is handicap-friendly. There are a limited number of accessible rooms available on request.

The hotel offers miscellaneous items including sewing kits, shaving kits, and dental kits upon request.

The hotel boasts an indoor heated pool, His/Her Sauna + Steam rooms, large fully equipped 24/7 gym + yoga space, along with a 24/7 Spin & Play laundrette and Xbox & Foosball table which is free for guests to use. 

Are baby cots and extra beds available?

Yes, baby cots are available free of charge subject to availability. Extra rollaway beds must be pre-arranged and are chargeable at AUD 45.00 per day. Some room types will not be able to accommodate baby cots and/or extra rollaway beds.

Sustainability - Do you have sustainability accreditations?

Capri by Fraser, Brisbane, has been Climate Active Carbon Neutral certified in the 2022-2023 reporting period. This marks the first hospitality property in Queensland, Australia to receive this certification. 

The hotel has also been accredited with a 4.5 star NABERS Energy rating. NABERS (which stands for the National Australian Built Environment Rating System) provides a simple, reliable, and comparable sustainability measurement across building sectors. The hotel proudly runs on 50% renewable energy.

Black Fire offers both buffet and el a carte menu options. When breakfast is included in your rate, you will be offered the buffet breakfast during your stay. Please see our Dining tab for more information.

Is parking available at the property?

Yes, secure on-site self-parking is available, subject to availability upon arrival. The parking fee is A$40 per vehicle per night

Is the menu at Black Fire Restaurant customisable to my dietary needs?

Yes, do let the restaurant know about your dietary requirements. We recommend contacting Black Fire  in advance.  

What is the cancellation policy?

How is the weather / climate like in the city?

The hotel is a short 15-minute walk from Brisbane Central Train station and there are multiple bus stops located around the property. 

Has the property been awarded with any hygiene accredition?

Capri By Fraser, Brisbane has successfully completed an SGS audit.  SGS is the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. Through risk assessment, audits and inspection processes, a cleaning and disinfection verification program, Capri By Fraser, Brisbane has successfully complied and passed this audit program. 

Is the property being booked by the government/used as quarantine facilities?

Capri by Fraser Brisbane is not being used as a government quarantine facility.

The hotel offers adaptors and mobile charges complimentary for guests, subject to availability at time of request.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at the Capri by Fraser Brisbane, except for service animals. 

What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each residence type?

For Studio Deluxe and Executive room types, there is a maximum capacity of 2 adults. For Studio Premier and One Bedroom Executive there is a maximum capacity of 3 adults. Extra beds must be pre-arranged and are chargeable at AUD 45.00 per day. 

Is there a supplement for children at the property?

Children under 12 years of age will not incur additional charges with existing bedding. Extra beds must be pre-arranged and are chargeable at AUD 45.00 per day. Some room types will not be able to accommodate baby cots and/or extra rollaway beds.

Am I able to request for early check-in?

Check-in time is 3pm, however if you arrive earlier, luggage storage is available and you’re welcome to utilize our hotel facilities. A request for early check-in can be made with the Reservations team but cannot be guaranteed and charges may apply.

Is airport shuttle service provided?

We use a third-party provider, Con-X-ion, for Airport transfers to the hotel. Please contact them directly on 1300 903 266 or visit for more information.

The hotel is completely cashless. We accept all credit cards, except for Discovery. All card payments incur a 1.3% surcharge.

Check-out time is 11am however if you wish to depart later, a request for late check-out can be made and charges may apply.

All of the hotel facilities located on level one are accessible and handi-cap friendly.

Each room contains a king bed, while twin beds are available and subject to availability.

Is there any construction around the hotel?

Cross River Rail construction works are ongoing with blasting work will be carried out between 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Saturday. We anticipate minimal noise and vibration from these works however we will inform you on check-in or via hotel signage if noisy works are scheduled during your stay with us.

Where is the closest bank, ATM and exchange office located?

The closest bank is Commonwealth Bank located at 109 Albert Steet.

The closest ATMs are Westpac ATM located at 108 Albert Street and rediATM in Capitol Hill Building located at 85 George Street.

Is it possible to store my luggage at the hotel before check-in?

Luggage storage is available with Reception prior to check-in.

What are the type of beds provided?

All accommodation rooms boast king beds, with some being able to configure to twin bed arrangements. Please contact our friendly team if you have a twin bed request. 

What are the available dining options?

In-room dining options are available. 

The well-equipped in-room kitchenette allows you to prepare food in the convenience of your own accommodation.
