Yes, airport transfer is available for guests; however, please note that it is a chargeable service.
How do I get to the hotel?
The quickest way to get from the airport to Komtar (hotel area) is by taxi, which takes about 15 minutes and costs MYR 35 to 50. Alternatively, the Rapid Penang Bus 401E goes to Komtar, and originates from the Penang Airport (PEN). The bus departs every 20 minutes daily from the airport and travels directly to Komtar. Komtar Bus Terminal is only 400 metres from the Hotel.
Will any deposit be collected upon check-in?
A minimum deposit of MYR 200 will be collected upon check-in, depending on the length of stay. The deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card.
