      Guarantee Policy

      • A non-refundable prepayment for the full duration of stay will be charged to credit card upon confirmation.

       

      Cancellation Policy

      • Prepayment is non-refundable. In case of any cancellation or amendment, the full duration of the stay will be charged.

       

      Room Occupancy Policy

      • Maximum occupancy is three guests, which includes two adults and one child. Children aged 0 to 5 years stay free when sharing an existing bed. Children aged 6 to 12 years may also share an existing bed at no extra charge. For added comfort, an extra bed can be requested, subject to availability, at an additional cost.

       

      Terms and Conditions

      • *All Premier Room bookings will receive a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Room. All other room categories will remain as booked.
      • All rates are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
