What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast willl be served from 0700hrs to 0930hrs at the hotel restaurant on Level 2.

What are the available dining options?

Our restaurant is closed at the moment. For dining options in the hotel vicinity, do approach our friendly staff for recommendations!

Is it possible to store my luggage at the hotel before check-in?

Yes, it is possible to store your luggage at the property. Please feel free to approach our Front Desk for more details.

3. Does the hotel offer on-site parking, and what is the cost?

What are the prohibited items?

Items that exude strong smell such as Durians are not allowed at Capri by Fraser, Changi City / Singapore.

4. Where is the closest bank, ATM and exchange office from Capri by Fraser, China Square?

The closest bank is DBS South Bridge Branch located at Blk 531 Upper Cross Street #01-51 Hong Lim Complex.

The closest ATM is located at 137 Amoy Street.

The closest exchange machine is located in front of The Den (Social Hub) on Level 2 of the hotel.

Are laundry services provided?

Yes, laundry and dry-cleaning services are available subject to additional charges. There are washers and dryers available in our Spin & Play room located on level 16 for your convenience. Please feel free to contact our Front Desk for more details.

Unfortunately, an airport shuttle service is not available. However, a limousine service or taxi can be arranged upon request. Please feel free to approach our Front Desk for more details.

We provide digital newspapers. Connect to hotel WiFi and scan the QR code available on the left hand side of your in-room TV Welcome screen.

Are the residences disabled-friendly?

Yes, the property is disabled-friendly.

Are there fitness facilities provided?

Yes, there is a 24/7 fully-equipped gym, a swimming pool located at level 16 for our in-house guests

Hotel check-ins start from 3.00pm, and check-out is at 12.00 noon.

What type of beds are provided?

All room types at Capri by Fraser, China Square feature a King-sized bed; Hollywood twin bed options are available in Superior and Deluxe categories.

How do I get to the hotel?

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each residence type?

Yes, baby cots are provided, subject to availability. Due to the compact layout of our rooms, extra beds are not advisable.
