Guarantee Policy

• All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card upon reservation. The credit card holder must be present at check-in; otherwise, an alternate credit card is required.

 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation must be made before 2pm (local time) 2 days prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night cancellation charge. Please note that shortening your stay is not permitted. 

Room Occupancy Policy

• Maximum occupancy is three guests, which includes two adults and one child. Children aged 0 to 5 years stay free when sharing an existing bed. Children aged 6 to 12 years may also share an existing bed at no extra charge. For added comfort, an extra bed can be requested, subject to availability, at an additional cost.
  

 Terms and Conditions

• Promotion is valid only for bookings made within 13 days in advance of the date of booking.
  

• All rates are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.

• Rooms are subject to availability.

• Black-out dates apply.

• Discounts and benefits are not valid in conjunction with any other corporate rate/promotion.

• The Management reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
