The FIXER will act as a friend, guide, confidant, problem-solver and all-round cool person. He’s the face of Capri by Fraser, and the source of all the insider tips that our guest needs to enjoy the best of the city. He also knows everything about food and drink, and if our guests need an impromptu deejay to curate their jukebox music selection, they know who to call.
RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):
To be readily available during crunch/peak hours at hotel driveway, assisting with arrival, departure and during the Den cocktail and canape hour daily including site inspection. He/She need to interact, build connection, socializing with most guest when possible, driving feedbacks and reviews.
Handling enquiries and offer assistance in a timely manner.
Overseeing the Den operation including the stock taking of F&B offerings on a daily and monthly basis.
Room inspection including room decoration and amenities place in room prior to VIPs guest arrival.
Meet and Greet and Bidding farewell to guest daily.
Checking (courtesy call / wellness call) on random or selected guest via email, in person or by call to ensure guest is enjoying his/her stay.
Maintaining “the vibes” to the team with grooming, body language and tone of voice.
Implementation of guest journey / touch point and review on a quarter basis including ideas to enhance Guest’s experience in the Den.
Consistency in delivering information and processes to ensure minimal and/or no glitches during and after guest stay. (Eg. Reading logs and guest feedbacks/reviews to the team.)
