Is there an airport shuttle service?

We do not provide a shuttle service to the airport. However, transportation can be arranged via our concierge and charges apply.

Is breakfast provided during my stay?

Breakfast is generally included within the packages. 

Daily breakfast is provided for up to four pax for Two Bedroom apartments, and up to six pax for Three Bedroom apartments. 

For long stay guests, daily breakfast is provided for two pax  for  Two Bedroom apartments, and three pax for Three Bedroom apartments

What are the cancellation policies?

For less than 1-month’s stay: At least 48 hours prior to arrival, otherwise 1 night room and tax charges will apply.

For stays of 1 month and above, it is subjected to the individual contract status as contracted through the sales department.

What type of beds do you provide?

Our Three Bedroom apartments come with 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed and 2 single beds. The Two Bedroom apartments offer 1 king size bed and 2 single beds, for up to 4 guests. 

What is the check-in and check-out time?

The check-in time is 2 pm and the check-out time is 12 pm.

Are there any Fraser World Member rates?

Unfortunately, Fraser Suites Top Glory Shanghai is not a participating Fraser World property at the moment

Are the residences disabled-friendly?

Unfortunately, Fraser Suites Top Glory Shanghai serviced apartments does not offer disabled-friendly apartments. However, wheelchair access to the apartments is possible via the elevators.

Do you have baby cots?

Yes. Baby cots are subject to availability.

What are your booking policies?

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card upon reservation.

Less than 1 month: Cash/Credit Card guarantee

1 month to 3 months: Security deposit equal to 1-month rental

3 months and above: Security deposit equal to 2-month rental

Advanced Deposit/Rental: 

Less than 1 month: Full room rental before arrival

More than 1 month: 2 months advance rental Incidental deposit

Less than 1 month: RMB2,000 per day.

What are some of the best attractions near the property?

There is plenty to see and do near our Shanghai serviced apartments. 

Shanghai Tower: It is in Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone of Pudong, with Shanghai World Financial Center to the east and Jin Mao Tower to the north. The tower ranks as China's tallest building and is the second tallest in the world. Its footprint is a massive 30,368 sqm, with floor space of 576,000 sqm for five basement levels, five podium floors and 127 floors above ground.

What is the reception’s operating hours?

We provide 24/7 reception, concierge and security services.

Is there parking at the property?

The carpark is complimentary for short-stay guests (1 night) and a carpark monthly fee of CNY2,800 net per car park space applies for long-stay guests.

What are the operating hours for the breakfast service?

Breakfast is served at our restaurant from:

06.30 - 10.00 on weekdays

06.30 - 11.00 on weekends and public holidays

How do I get to the hotel?

You may take subway line 2 and get off at Lujiazui station, or take a taxi to our property.

Where is the closest bank, ATM and exchange office located?

The closest bank would be the Bank of Communications located at No. 333 Lujiazui Ring Road.

Is the menu customisable to my dietary needs?

Yes. The menu can be customised to your dietary needs upon request.
