COVID-19: We take care at Fraser Suites Harmonie

The rapid developments of COVID19 has impacted many people in varying degrees and inevitably, affected travel plans. Rest assured that we are following the situation closely and constantly reviewing our steps to support you and your travel needs.

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and team members has always been our first priority. At Fraser Suites Harmonie, we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene and we remain dedicated to providing a safe, clean and enjoyable stay for all our guests. While there are currently no reported cases in our residence, we have stepped up our health and safety standards and processes and continue to work closely with french public health authorities and adhering to the guidelines issued for Serviced Apartment (SNRT) and for Hotels (UMIH).

Since the end of January 2020, additional precautionary measures at our Residence:

• The frequency of cleaning in public areas has increased.
• Hand sanitisers are available in all public areas.
• Hand sanitisers, disinfectant wipes,gloves and masks are provided to staff.
• We prefer payment by credit card (contactless).
• Protective glazing installed on the reception desk
• Contact tracing form are in place for our contractors and suppliers
• We developed processes to protect employees and contractors performing cleaning work
• New cleaning processes are in place
• All our fan convectors have been sanitized and/or disinfected
• All the carpets in the apartment have been cleaned and disinfected
• Procedures are in place to identify and manage unwell person
• Displays of prevention and barrier gestures are in place in the whole residence: elevators, public toilets, Reception, Lounge, laundry room, fitness room, staff room, offices
• The strict application of barrier gestures for the staff (meeting, lunch break, uniforms, etc …)

We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 updates, and will respond based on the advice of governments, public health authorities and the professional organisations UMIH and SNRT.

Our COVID-19 Update

More than just a place to sleep, our apartments offer somewhere to live.

The wellness and security of our guests and team members remain our top priority.

Please rest assured that the necessary sanitary measures are in place which guarantees a safe and enjoyable stay at Fraser Suites Harmonie Paris La Défense.

For the health and well-being of our customers and teams, this trust must be mutual and we count on everyone’s responsibility and common sense to comply with all hygiene standards.

We have further strengthened our sanitary rules and measures in full conformity with the French Government, and National Health Authority, and the standards created for the tourism industry.

RESIDENCE

• We are certified by SAFE HOTELS, ISSAP, COVID CLEAN & CARRING ATTITUDE 
• On-site prevention and security 24/7
• Exclusive access to our customers (visitor access has been limited)
• Flow direction in public areas (with signposts)
• Floor marking defining social distancingAutomatic hydro-alcoholic gel dispenser in all public areas (entrance, reception, lifts...)
• Increased frequency of disinfection, ventilation and cleaning of public area (particularly to the various point of public contact: lifts, toilets, payment terminals, electric switches...)
• Contactless hand dryers in public restrooms
• Posters reminding you of health measures in a strategic point of contact
• You can access our Fitness Center by making a reservation with reception The Fitness Center will be entirely disinfected after each guest

APARTMENTS

• We leave time between the departure of a guest and the arrival of the next to ensure the apartment is fully sanitised 
• Specific disinfection process for each apartment before each check-in (jointly done with our Housekeeping partner)
• Contactless room key deposit box in place at Check-Out (sanitised daily)
• To avoid unnecessary interaction during our guest stays, the cleaning service and technical interventions will be limited (according to the sanitary protocol in force)
• Welcome products and additional linen will be given to you on request
• Specific cleaning process provided by our laundry service partner, guaranteeing safe and clean linen
• All non-essential amenities will be removed from each room (decorative pillow, bed paths, brochures etc)

GUESTS

• Hand washing is mandatory before entering the residence (gel available)
  
• Payments by bank card are encouraged
• Our payment terminals are sanitized after every use
• Mandatory mask-wearing is required, in line with government protocol

STAFF

• Protective Glass is in place at Reception
• Mandatory mask wearing for all employees
• Gloves will be worn by our Operational Team Members
• All workstations are sanitized hourly and at each change of shift

FOOD & BEVERAGE

• The Breakfast Room is open with a reservations system, and breakfast takeaway options are available too
• Room Service is available
• Shopping can be delivered directly to the residence - Selection of restaurants dishes delivery available to the residents (Monoprix, Auchan and Deliveroo)

As the situation continues to change, we are constantly updating our measures. In the event of a suspected guest or staff illness, we have specific protocols in place. We remain at your entire disposal should you need any assistance.
