Frasers Hospitality has implemented a Sustainability Framework that sets out our priorities as a group through to 2030, driven by three pillars: Acting Progressively, Consuming Responsibly, and Focusing on People.
The company has also established five sustainability goals that will guide our business to 2050, including becoming a net-zero carbon corporation, becoming climate-resilient, green-certifying 80% of its owned and managed assets, financing its sustainable asset portfolios with green and sustainable financing, and training all employees on sustainability by 2021.

At our properties across the United Kingdom, we have implemented a range of sustainability measures. These include eco-conscious housekeeping, the introduction of digital in-room directories, the complete removal of all single-use plastics, and the adoption of eco-friendly team uniforms. We are committed to making a positive impact on the environment and continuously strive to improve our sustainability practices.
To support our environmental goals, we offer guests the option to opt out of housekeeping at Frasers Suites Queens Gate. This helps reduce water, energy, and chemical use. In return, the guests will receive a Green Rewards Token, redeemable for a complimentary drink, continental breakfast, or a shared tree planting initiative that grows with every guest.
As part of our commitment to environmental conservation, we have made reducing housekeeping frequency a standard practice to prioritise water and energy conservation wherever possible.
We no longer provide paper copies of newspapers which are now available online.

This year, we took a significant step towards reducing our environmental footprint by replacing our bedding with an eco-friendly alternative. Our new bedding is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles and is free from animal derivatives. To further our efforts, Frasers Hospitality donated the old duvets to local charities across the UK.
