For 1 Bedroom apartments, the maximum occupancy is 3.

For 2 Bedroom apartments, the maximum occupancy is 5.

For 2 Bedroom Premier apartments, the maximum occupancy is 5.

For 3 Bedroom Deluxe apartments, the maximum occupancy is 6.

For 3 Bedroom Executive apartments, the maximum occupancy is 7.

What are the services and facilities offered?

What is the cost of limousine services?

Yes, one-way airport transfer for stay of one month and above is provided.

Alternatively, we can organize airport transfers and charges apply.

From 07:00 to 22:59: SGD75.00 (inclusive of tax) per transfer vehicle per way

From 23:00 to 06:59: SGD90.00 (inclusive of tax) per transfer vehicle per way.

Are newspapers provided?

The Straits Times, Business Times, LianHe Zaobao, International Herald Tribune, Asian Wall Street Journal, Asahi Shimbun and Nikkei Shimbun are available for in-room subscription, subject to additional charges

Are there fitness facilities provided?

Yes, there is a 24/7 fully-equipped gym located at level 3 for our in-house guests

Is the property pet-friendly?

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy is stated in detail and varies with the type of offer selected.

Bookings less than 1 month: 48 hours cancellation notice, otherwise one night charge applies.

Bookings less than 6 months: 14 days’ cancellation notice, otherwise 20% of the 1st month’s gross rate applies.

Booking 6 months & above: 1 month cancellation notice, otherwise 100% of the 1st month’s gross rate applies.

Is airport shuttle service provided?

Unfortunately, airport shuttle service is not available. However, airport transfers can be arranged upon request, subject to additional charges. Is on-site parking available and what is the cost?

On-site parking is available at SGD15.50 per day.

From 06:00 to 17:59 it is SGD1.50 for the first hour and SGD1.00 for every hour thereafter.

From 18:00 to 05:59 and on Sundays, it is SGD4.00 per entry.

Are baby cots and extra beds available?

Yes, baby cots are complimentary and subject to availability.

Additional Persons (up to the maximum occupancy of the apartment) are subject to the following charges:

For adults or children 12 years and above, it is SGD55.00 nett per day.

For children 6 to 11 years, it is SGD27.50 nett per day.

How do I get to Fraser Place Robertson Walk, Singapore?

Fraser Place Robertson Walk is a 30-minute drive from Changi Airport.

The closest MRT Stations are Dhoby Ghaut Station (linked to Plaza Singapura mall) and Clarke Quay Station (linked to The Central mall). The Central is a 10-minute walk from Fraser Place Robertson Walk.

From Changi Airport:

Board the MRT to Tanah Merah Station and transfer to the East-West Line (towards Joo Koon). Alight at City Hall Station and leave by Exit B. From the bus stop outside St Andrew’s Cathedral (North Bridge Road), board Bus 32 or 195. Alight at the bus stop outside UE Square (River Valley Road).

Alternatively, you may board Bus 36 at Changi Airport Passengers Terminal and alight at YMCA (Orchard Road). At the same bus stop, board Bus 64 and alight at the bus stop opposite Shell House (Clemenceau Avenue).

From Tuas Checkpoint:

Board Bus 182M from the bus stop opposite Tuas Bus Terminal and alight at Block 662D (Jurong West Street 64). Walk to Boon Lay Station and board the MRT on the East-West Line (towards Pasir Ris). Alight at City Hall Station and leave by Exit B. From the bus stop outside St Andrew’s Cathedral (North Bridge Road), board Bus 32 or 195 and alight at the bus stop outside UE Square (River Valley Road).

From Woodlands Checkpoint:

Board Bus 160 or 170X and alight at Kranji Station. Board the MRT on the North-South Line (towards Marina Bay) and alight at Newton Station. Board Bus 143 from Newton Station (Scotts Road) and alight at the bus stop opposite Shell House (Clemenceau Avenue).

From HarbourFront Cruise and Ferry Terminal:

Board the MRT on the North-East Line (towards Punggol) and alight at Clarke Quay Station. Alternatively, you may board Bus 143 at the bus stop opposite VivoCity mall (Telok Blangah Road) and alight at the bus stop outside Shell House (Clemenceau Avenue).

For 3 Bedroom Deluxe apartment, there is 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Single and 1 Customised Single bed.
