Smoking & Vaping
Smoking or vaping is not permitted within the building. Under the Health Act 2006 it is an offence to smoke, or permit someone else to smoke, within the premises which includes the balconies. If you break this rule, you will have to pay a £250 fine.
Gym Rules
During your stay, we offer you access to our 24/7, well equipped gym. The Fitness Room is located on level 1, unit 116 and is open 24 hours a day. To access the gym, please contact our reception team who will provide a key to enter the facility.
We want to ensure all our guests enjoy our unsupervised gym facility safely. By using the gym and equipment you agree to the rules outlined here.
Taxis
We are happy to recommend taxi services for your travel needs within the city. You can visit or call our front desk team, and they will assist you with making a booking.
Please note, however, that as we only recommend this service, we are not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise from the taxi provider. Additionally, we can assist with arranging guided bus tours and trips to other locations.
Property Access
The apartment building doors are locked each day after 23:00. Access after this time is by residents’ keycards or by contacting the front desk team from the outside intercom system.
Kettle, Tea & Coffee
Each room is equipped with an assortment of traditional British tea and a Nespresso coffee machine, provided complimentary as a warm welcome to all our guests. If you would like additional pods, they are available for purchase at Reception at a very affordable price.

To cast your preferred programmes on the TV, follow the instructions on the TV in your room.

Dining
We are a self-catering serviced apartment, so we do not have an onsite restaurant. However, you can find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and pubs at Canary Wharf that cater to every taste. Our reception team will be happy to give you some recommendations. You can also order food from any delivery service you prefer and have it delivered to the premises, please add your room number to the order. The delivery person will either wait for you in the lobby area or come to your apartment if you grant them access.
Car Park
If you need to use our onsite parking, we can programme your apartment key to give you access. Please ask our front desk for this service, and make sure you register and pay for your vehicle for the time you need. We charge £12 per day for parking.
Laundry
All our units have a washer/dryer, except for the Studio Deluxe apartments. We also work with a selected external dry-cleaning company that can provide laundry and dry-cleaning services as you need them during your stay. To use this service, please fill out the form in your wardrobe, put the garments in the laundry bag provided, and hand it to our front desk team by 10am. We will return your clothes the next working day from Monday to Friday unless you request otherwise.
Deliveries and Post
Please use the apartment number and building address for any deliveries or post that you expect. Our team will keep them for you at the front desk if they do not need a signature.

Electricity Supply
Our property operates on a European standard voltage of 240v. For appliances with a lower voltage, a transformer is necessary, not just an adaptor. Conveniently, the majority of our rooms feature a built-in adaptor in the hub situated above the desk. This hub also includes USB sockets.

We strongly advise that you keep your valuables secure in the safe provided in your apartment. Instructions for how to use the safe are on the safe itself. Please note that we shall not be liable to you or any other third party for the loss or theft of your valuables to the extent permitted by law.
