Wonderful Stay!

Our stay at the Fraser Residence Nankai, Osaka was so amazing. The
front desk staff was so attentive. We stayed in the two bedroom suite. It was
so clean and roomy. Great view from the bedroom! They did a wonderful job of
making sure the room was cleaned before we arrived. The kitchen was stocked
with dishes and cooking utensils and pans. There is a nice washer/dryer combo
unit. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. They have thought of everything
you may need! The shower had a rain shower option and other nozzles that spray
water on your feet and upwards. The breakfast buffet was delicious! They had a
wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. You could get a fried egg or
panini to order. The detox water was amazing! They took all the precautions to
make it safe for us to eat. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is so
convenient for shopping, restaurants and the trains. Long stay or short stay,
Fraser Residence is the best choice.

Warm Hospitality and Professional Service

The serviced apartment is in the middle of all the fun places, with street foods, local Manzai shows, luxury shopping all within 15 minutes walk. Many subway lines converge at the station just across the street which makes it very convenient for business and leisure travel. The masterpiece architecture of the Namba shopping mall by Jon Jerde is for architecture fanatics.

My room is tidy and spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette and has everything I need.

The staff is amongst the best with all the global travelling I have done, compared to the top tier 5-star hotels. Cleaning is effectively done and there are options for customers who want to be environmentally friendly - excellent policy!

The reception staff is excellent. I am an expat with zero Japanese capability. They helped me to sort out many things with their local knowledge and being persistently customer focused. I am a long stay customer, and they really make me feel at home everyday with a warm greeting in the morning, and genuine smile in the evening when returning. I would like to specially thank front staff for his great hospitality and highly professional service.

Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking available at Fraser Residence Nankai, Osaka, but we have a contracted car park near the property where guests can park for up to 24 hours for JPY2,000.

Unfortunately, we do not offer airport transfer services but a taxi can be arranged upon request.
