The 20% voucher code is a unique code applicable for one-time-use only.

The 20% voucher can only be redeemed against select room rates at a Fraser World participating property.

The 20% voucher is valid for redemption of a stay up till 31 Dec 2022, inclusive. Black-out dates apply.

Guest must be a member to redeem the offer. Upon check-in, guest will be asked to verify his/her member status, and in the event the verification is not successful, prevailing room rates will apply and be charged accordingly.

If the voucher code is lost, damaged or altered, there will strictly be no replacement or re-issuance.

This voucher code is applicable for new reservations only.

This voucher code cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, discount or concession. Frasers Hospitality will not entertain any claims or adjustments through other discounts or savings promotions offered by Frasers Hospitality or its partners prior to, or after the launch of this promotion.

This voucher code is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or kind and must be redeemed in full. If a member has received a voucher code but does not wish to use it, Frasers Hospitality will not refund the whole or any part of the value of the voucher.

Frasers Hospitality reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or to withdraw the use of such voucher if deemed necessary from time to time without prior notice.
