Unfortunately, we do not have connecting rooms. However, we recommend booking the 2-Bedroom or 3-Bedroom based on your needs. All bedrooms are fitted with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

Are pets allowed on property?

Unfortunately, this property is not pet-friendly.

Are airport transfers available ?

What are the amenities available at Fraser Residence Putrajaya?

The property offers a range of on‑site facilities, including an all‑day dining restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, a bar, a 24‑hour gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room, as well as meeting facilities with natural daylight. The serviced residence is directly connected to a shopping mall featuring a supermarket and a variety of convenient amenities for guests.

Do you have room service?

Certainly, our room service is from 6.00am to 10:00pm.

Are baby cots and extra beds available ?

Limited baby cots are available upon request, kindly write in to us indicating your requirements and we will set this up prior to your check-in. Extra beds are available at RM135+ per night inclusive of breakfast for one.

Yes, complimentary on‑site parking is available for all in‑house guests, with one vehicle permitted per accommodation.

Selected Studio and Two‑Bedroom units feature balconies with views of Lake Putrajaya. Please select room categories labelled “Balcony & Lake View” to enjoy this feature.

Yes, in line with sustainability DC electric chargers are available

Is the property Halal certified?

The property is currently in the process of obtaining Halal certification. In the meantime, please be assured that pork and alcohol are not served on the premises.

What time is Breakfast served?

Breakfast is available at our restaurant from 0630hrs to 1000hrs daily. This will be adjusted during the Ramadan period to accommodate Sahur.

How do I get to the serviced residence?

The KLIA  is only 20km away from the property, and is easliy accessible via Putrajaya Sentral, which is just 8mins away. Local e-hailing services and taxis are also conveniently available.
