How do I get to the Hotel?

Fraser Residence Nakai, Osaka is located in the heart of Namba and we are just a 3 - 5 minutes walk from Namba Station

Are the facilities complimentary?

In-house guests of Fraser Residence Nankai, Osaka get to enjoy complimentary access to the gym and sauna. However, the meeting room is available for rent at JPY 3,850 per hour. As a special perk for guests staying in our one- and two-bedroom executive apartments, we are pleased to offer one hour of complimentary use of the meeting room.

Are smoking rooms available?

Yes. If you prefer a smoking room, please indicate it in the remarks section when making your reservation. Limited availability may prevent us from fulfilling all requests. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Is catering available?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer catering for on-site meetings and events

Are there any Fraser World member rates?

Yes, Fraser World member rates are available. Do sign up for free membership to take advantage of our special rates and other privileges. 

What are the facilities’ operating hours?

The meeting room and sauna open 8:00 -  22:00. The gym operates 24/7 and children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult

Are airport transfers available?

Unfortunately, we do not offer airport transfer services but a taxi can be arranged upon request.

When you stay at Fraser Residence Nankai, Osaka’s fully furnished apartments, you’ll get access to our extensive range of hotel facilities, including a fully equipped gymnasium, steam sauna rooms, a restaurant, a guest lounge, meeting rooms, and Wi-Fi throughout the building. What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 07:00-10:30 (last entry at 10:00)

Is parking available at the property?

Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking available at Fraser Residence Nankai, Osaka, but we have a contracted car park near the property where guests can park for up to 24 hours for JPY2,000.
