Our property is designed to accommodate guests with varying needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyablestay in the heart of Leipzig.

For Guests with Walking Disabilities & Wheelchair Users

Our property meets the quality criteria for "Accessibility tested – barrier-free for people with walking disabilities and partly barrier-free for wheelchair users."

Parking	Two designated parking spaces for people with disabilities are available in our underground car park.
General Access	All guest areas, rooms, and facilities are accessible without steps or via lifts. All doors and passages are at least 90 cm wide.
Reception	Our reception desk has a lowered section at a height of 75 cm for easy access.
Accessible Rooms	We offer four fully barrier-free rooms (Rooms 121, 122, 221, and 222).
In-Room Toilets	The toilets in our accessible rooms can be accessed from the right or left (with at least 90 cm of space) and feature a foldable grab bar.
In-Room Bathrooms	Each room includes a kitchenette with a wheelchair-accessible sink and stove.
Breakfast Area	Our breakfast room features tables that are wheelchair-accessible (max. 80 cm high with 67 cm clearance).
Public Toilet	A public toilet for people with disabilities is available, accessible from both sides and equipped with folding grab bars.

In-Room Sockets	In our accessible rooms (119, 121, 122, 221, and 222), you will find conveniently located power sockets near the bed.
Elevator Safety	Please note that an outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically only. Stairs are available as an alternative.
