Will any deposit be collected upon check-in?

A minimum deposit of MYR 200 will be collected upon check-in, depending on the length of stay. The deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card.

Are there any fitness facilities?

Yes, there is a 24/7 fully-equipped gym located on Level 42 for our in-house guests, in addition to an open-air saltwater pool at Level 41.

Where are the closest bank, ATM and exchange office located?

The closest bank is located opposite the hotel i.e. UOB Bank Jalan Imbi. The nearest ATM, and money changer can be found within Bukit Bintang vicinity, close to our hotel residences in Kuala Lumpur, namely, shopping malls such as Pavilion KL, The Exchange TRX and Lot 10. Other nearby ATM options include Maybank and CIMB tellers which are located at LG floor of The Starhill. HSBC teller is also available in Fahrenheit 88, located on the Ground floor.

Where can I dine?

You can enjoy great food and drinks at Caprilicious and Drinx, our all-day dining restaurant and bar located on Level 40 and 40M.

Yes, guests can enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access in-room and around the property. 

What are the recommended attractions in Kuala Lumpur?

Kuala Lumpur is a metropolitan city featuring skyscrapers, colonial architecture, natural attractions, and a melting pot of cultures and diversity. Iconic landmarks include Pavilion KL and The Exchange TRX for shopping, Central Market for local knick-knacks, and Petaling Street for local delights.

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is served daily from 06.30 – 10:30 at our all-day dining restaurant in The Den.

What type of beds are provided?

Each of our rooms comes with either 1 King Bed or 2 Twin Beds. Options are subject to room availability and according to room types.

How much does breakfast cost?

Some room rates already include breakfast. However, in-house guests may add breakfast upon check-in for MYR63+ per adult and MYR34+ per child (ages 5 to 11) per day.

What are the services and facilities offered?

Capri by Fraser, Bukit Bintang features a wide range of lifestyle facilities such as our social hub - The Den, 24/7 gym, saltwater pool with kids' pool, Spin & Play (Self Service-Launderette & Games Room), sauna, meeting rooms, Pow Wow (Premier Lounge), self-check-in kiosks, all-day dining restaurant, sky bar, and an automatic mechanical carpark.

How do I make a reservation and enquiry?

Is an airport transfer available?

Airport transfers can be arranged upon advanced request of at least 3 days and subject to additional charges. Limousine services are chargeable from RM 195 per car per way, with 50% surcharge for midnight pick-up and send-off from Capri by Fraser. Please contact our Reservations team at Capri by Fraser, Bukit Bintang (reservations.kualalumpur@capribyfraser.com) to make the necessary arrangements.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 15:00. Check-out is at 12:00.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we welcome pets under 8kg to stay with us. There is a small pet handling fee of RM180+ per pet, per night. You may add the pet-cation option when making your room reservation via our official website. Are newspapers provided?

No, we apologise that newspaper will not be provided.

Is it possible to store my luggage at the hotel before check-in?

Yes, you may store your luggage with us. Please check with our Concierge for assistance (terms and conditions apply). 

Can I cancel or amend my reservation that was booked directly via your website?

The cancellation policy is stated in the booking details and varies with the type of offer selected.

Is on-site parking available and what is the cost?

On-site parking is available via Mechanical Automated Parking System and is chargeable at MYR 18.00 per car per day (24 hours), for multiple entries. In-house guests will need to validate their parking cards at the Concierge or Front Office prior to departure. 

How do I get to the hotel?

Capri by Fraser, Bukit Bintang / Malaysia is located about 57 km from Kuala Lumpur International Airport 1 and 2.

From Kuala Lumpur International Airport 1 or 2:

  • By Taxi: Taxis are available at the taxi stand.
  • By E-hailing services: The journey from the airport to the hotel will take approximately 50 minutes, with fares ranging from around MYR60 to MYR90.
  • By KLIA Ekspres train: Take the KLIA Ekspres train from the airport to KL Sentral Station. From there, transfer to the Monorail heading to Bukit Bintang Station. Our hotel is just a 9-minute walk from Bukit Bintang Station.
  • By Private Hire Vehicle: Advance booking is required for taxi and limousine services. Fare depends on the type of vehicle, number of passengers, as well as travel distance. What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each residence type?

In general, our apartments can accommodate up to 3 persons depending on the room category. 

There is a strict adherence to the number of guests in each room type as recommended under the Health & Safety regulations.
