Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed for extended stays only and a fee applies. 

Are the residences handicap-friendly?

All our rooms are built with no floor drop within the unit. Handicap buttons are incorporated in our elevators.

How do I get to the serviced residence from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport?

By Taxi – It is about 20km from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport to the residence.
By Public Transport – Take Metro Line 10 from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport and alight at Huaxing station, transfer to Metrol Line 9 and alight at Fuhuayuan station. Transfer to Metro Line 18 and alight at Shijicheng station.  Fraser Place Chengdu is a 700m walk away.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 6.30am to 10.00am, from Monday to Friday, and 7.00am to 10.30pm on weekends and public holidays.

Is internet access provided?

Complimentary high-speed internet access is available throughout the property.

Are there any recommended attractions in the area?

The area is a shopping paradise with plenty of retail options such as Chengdu Globe Centre (1km), Chengdu SKP Shopping Centre (1.5km), Chengdu Yintai Centre In 99 (3km) and Chengdu U FUN Shopping  Centre (3km).

For nature lovers, head to Chengdu GuiXi Park or Chengdu JiangTan Park which are 1km and 1.6km away respectively. 

Are laundry services provided?

Yes, laundry service can be provided at a charge.

Is shuttle service provided?

Shuttle service is not provided as Fraser Place Chengdu is conveniently located in the heart of Chengdu's business district. 

What is the check-in time and check-out time?

The check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out time is 12.00pm.  Should you require a late check-out, please speak to our receptionists.

What are the reception’s operating hours?

Reception, concierge and security services are available 24/7.

Free parking is available for short stay guests. Standard parking charges is RMB600 per month.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies may vary by reservation type. Normally, guests are required to cancel their room reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

Are baby cots and extra beds available?

Complimentary baby cots are available upon request, while extra beds are available for selected apartment types at RMB 300 (inclusive of breakfast for one person).
