Above and Beyond

While staying at Fraser Place, my wife and I were visited by an associate from work who was also in Seoul at the time. Unfortunately, we were visiting Seoul during Monsoon season and it rained quite heavily throughout our stay. When my friend left our room to travel back to her hotel, she was unable to flag a taxi or find a taxi using her phone app. After trying for about 30 minutes, she finally went back into the hotel to see if the person at the desk could help. The employee at the desk was Kevin. Kevin went above and beyond to help our guest. He grabbed an umbrella and went out into the heavy rain and tried for quite some time to flag a cab, getting quite wet in the process. When that didn't work, he proceeded to call multiple services until he found one to help. We had been out most of the day and our friend was quite worn out. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated his efforts. If this is how they treat a visitor, you know they will go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you, Kevin, and thank you Fraser Place.

Our family stayed at Fraser Place Central Seoul for 2 months, mid-February until mid-April 2021. The hotel's location is at the heart of Seoul and practically gave us easy access to go anywhere. Have been staying at Fraser Place Central Seoul for just over a month. It is conveniently located in Jung-gu, the center of Seoul and a mere minutes walk from Seoul Station, Myeongdong and Gwanghwamun.
