1. The Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Frasers Hospitality UK Limited (or the relevant corporate operating entity for Frasers Hospitality) (hereafter referred to as "the  Promoter").

 

2. Eligibility

1. This prize draw is open to registered business attendees, delegates, and exhibitors of the Business Travel Show Europe 2026 held between 24 June 2026 and 25 June 2026 who are aged 18 or over.

2. This is a strictly Business-to-Business (B2B) promotion. Entrants must enter in their professional capacity representing a business, travel agency, corporate client, or related industry partner, using a valid business email address.

3. Employees of the Promoter, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other parties professionally connected with this promotion, as well as
their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

4.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all
entrants, including verifying professional business credentials.

 

3. How to Enter

1. To enter the prize draw, eligible entrants must the official digital entry form provided at the stand.

2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual or professional email address will be disqualified.

3. The promotion opens at 9.00 AM on 24th June 2026 and closes at 5.00 PM on 25th June 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received outside of this window will not be entered into the draw.

 

4. The Prize

1. The prize consists of one (1) complimentary two-night stay for up to two (2) guests sharing one (1) room at the brand-new flagship property: Capri by Fraser, Kensington /
London (located on Cromwell Road, London).

2. The stay is offered on a room-only basis.

3. Excluded Expenses: The prize does not include flights, airport transfers, meals, drinks,
travel insurance, service charges, personal incidental expenses, or any other costs not expressly mentioned. All such expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.

4. Stay Window: The prize must be booked and taken between the official launch/opening date of the hotel (expected to be July 2027) and 31 December 2027 (the "Stay
Window").

5. The prize stay is subject to hotel availability and specific blackout dates (including but not
limited to bank holidays, peak tourism weekends, and major London events). Early booking is highly recommended.

6. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services. No cash alternative will be
offered.

 

5. Winner Selection and Notification

1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries
received during the Promotional Period.

2. The random draw will be conducted by an independent supervisor or using a verified computer randomized program within 14 days of the closing of the conference.

3. The winner will be notified via the business email address provided at the time of entry within 30 days of the draw.

4. If the selected winner is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted or fails to claim the
prize within 14 days of the notification email being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

5. The Promoter's decision regarding the selection of the winner and any other aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

6. Privacy Notice

7. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, and its distributors will not
in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death
occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or their employees.


2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical, network, or other reason.

 

8. General

1. Advertising Transparency (CAP Code): To comply with the UK's CAP Code, the Promoter
may be required to publish or make available the surname and county of the winner to any third party who requests it within 30 days of the draw. Entrants may object to their details being published or request that the amount of information shared be reduced by emailing marketing.london@frasershospitality.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the UK Advertising
Standards Authority (ASA) or other regulatory bodies if legally challenged.


2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend this prize draw and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond
its reasonable control (including, but not limited to, delays in the construction/opening of Capri by Fraser, Kensington / London).

3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed inaccordance with the laws of  England and Wales, and any disputes shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
