Guarantee Policy
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card upon reservation. The credit card holder must be present at check-in; otherwise, an alternate credit card is required.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation must be made before 2pm (local time) 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night cancellation charge. Please note that shortening your stay is not permitted.
Room Occupancy Policy
- Maximum occupancy is three guests, which includes two adults and one child. Children aged 0 to 5 years stay free when sharing an existing bed.
Children aged 6 to 12 years may also share an existing bed at no extra charge. For added comfort, an extra bed can be requested, subject to availability, at an additional cost.
