Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”)

About the Contest

  1. The Contest is organised by Frasers Hospitality Pte Ltd, 438 Alexandra Road, Level 14 Alexandra Point, Singapore 119958 (“Frasers Hospitality”). 
  2. By entering the Contest, all participants (“Participants”) shall be bound by these Terms.
  3. This Contest will commence at 08:00 (UTC +8) on 28 November 2019 and all entries must be received by 23:59 (UTC +8) on 25 May 2020. Frasers Hospitality accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Frasers Hospitality by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
  4. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Eligibility to Participate 

  1. The Contest is open to any person, aged 18 years or over. Employees of Frasers Hospitality, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this Contest, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
  2. To participate, you must be in a city with Frasers Hospitality properties during the contest period to take a photograph and/or video and otherwise be eligible as set out herein.

Entries and Judgment Criteria

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.
  2. To enter the Contest, Participants must post an original photo and/or video and upload it via one of the following methods:
  • (For residents of the rest of the world) via Instagram account and post the photograph and/or video with the hashtag #FraserMoments and tag account @FrasersHospitality.  Please make sure that the “Private Account” option in your account privacy settings is set to be “OFF” before posting the photograph; or
  • (For residents of China) via Weibo or Wechat or RED account and post the photograph and/or video with the hashtag #辉盛国际酒店# and #辉盛瞬间# and tag account @辉盛国际Frasers Hospitality. Please make sure that the “Share with” option is set to “Public” before posting.
  1. Variations of the hashtag including, but not limited to, #FraserMoment, #FrasersMoment, #FrasersMoments, may also be considered as a valid Entry at the sole discretion of Frasers Hospitality.
  2. Participants may submit as many Entries as they wish but this will in no way affect the chance of winning.
  3. Winners (“Winner”) will be selected at the sole discretion of the Frasers Hospitality. This decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.


  1. The Prize is a 2-night stay at a standard double occupancy room (e.g. Studio/One-bedroom) in the designated Frasers Hospitality property:
  • A total of One Prize will be given at the end of every month’s entry period.
  • The designated property will be announced at the start of every month’s entry period.
  1. Monthly Entry Period will be as follows:
  • 28 November, 2019 to 25 December, 2019. Selected entrant for that Monthly Entry Period will be announced on 30 December, 2019.
  • 26 December 2019 to 25 January, 2020. Selected entrant for that Monthly Entry Period will be announced on 30 January, 2020.
  • 26 January, 2020 to 25 February, 2020. Selected entrant for that Monthly Entry Period will be announced on 28 February, 2020.
  • 26 February, 2020 to 25 March, 2020. Selected entrant for that Monthly Entry Period will be announced on 27 March, 2020.
  • 26 March, 2020 to 25 April, 2020. Selected entrant for that Monthly Entry Period will be announced on 30 April, 2020.
  • 26 April, 2020 to 25 May, 2020. Selected entrant for that Monthly Entry Period will be announced on 29 May, 2020.
  1. The Prize awarded in this Contest is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  2. The Prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Frasers Hospitality reserves the right a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the Contest without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.


  1. Winners will be notified on Instagram or Wechat via a notification, private message, or direct message. The Winner must acknowledge the message within 15 days of the notification by replying to the message. If the Prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Frasers Hospitality reserves the right to offer the unclaimed Prize to a substitute Winner selected in accordance with these Terms.
  2. The Prize entitles the Winner to a stay at a designated Frasers Hospitality property, subject to prevailing terms and conditions of each property. Designated property will be announced at the start of every month’s entry period.
  3. Winners (“Winner”) will be required to:
  • Upload a photo and/or video post on their Instagram feed or via Weibo or RED account
  • Accounts have to be set as public
  1. Include #frasermoments or #辉盛国际酒店# and #辉盛瞬间#, tag @frasershospitality in the above posts.

Use of Participant’s Information 

  1. Each Participant hereby grants his/her consent to Frasers Hospitality:
    • to collect personal data/information about him/her in respect of his/her participation in the Contest. (“Personal Data”);
    • to use Personal Data for marketing/communication purposes in perpetuity, subject to their right to refuse future marketing messages at any time; and
    • to disclose Personal Data’ to Frasers Hospitality’s related companies and other third parties on a need to know only with regard to the implementation and administration of the Contest.
  1. The Winner may, without any obligation on his or her part, be asked to take part in or co-operate with publicity which may include interviews, photographs and the publication of his/her name and/or image in perpetuity across all media, and worldwide.


  1. Participants will keep Frasers Hospitality harmless from any claims in relation to their Entry in the event that the Entry infringes the personal or proprietary right of any other person.
  2. By entering this Contest, each Participant confirms that his/her Entry is their wholly-owned creation and, to the extent that such Entry makes use of any third party materials, that these have been fully cleared unless they are no longer protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights.
  3. By submitting an entry, each Participant grants to Frasers Hospitality a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the Entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented. Each Participant undertakes to complete any necessary documentation to formalise the licence.
  4. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram or Wechat. The Participant acknowledges that all information and material that he/she submit to enter this Contest is submitted to Frasers Hospitality and not Instagram or Wechat and that he/she agrees that Instagram or Wechat shall not be liable to him/her in any way in respect of this Contest.
